About Me
I am an adult trainer, facilitator of change processes and Organisation Development practitioner and lastly, the founder and team lead of Lifelinks Consult.
I am a trained facilitator in Goal Oriented Project Planning (2001) certified by GIZ and also completed practitioners’ course in organisation development (2002) sponsored by GIZ and SNV in Ghana. I also hold a professional certificate (October 2010) in Gestalt Organisation and Systems Development International (OSDI) programme under the auspices of Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, USA.
I have played leading roles in facilitating change processes in Non-Governmental Organisations, private organisations and governmental organisations in Ghana, Nigeria and the Kingdom of Lesotho. I have been actively involved in designing and delivering various consultancy assignments in the implementation of decentralisation policy in Ghana since 1997 through study and research, monitoring and evaluation, training, coaching and backstopping of functionaries in over 70 Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies as well as in some Ministries, Departments and Agencies in Ghana.
